A Legacy Rooted in Hard Work & Honesty

Fairgreen Sod Farms stands as a testament to the vision of Cam Fairty and his family. From our “humble” beginnings on a 350-acre farm to becoming one of Ontario’s premier sod suppliers (growing sod on over 2,000 acres of land), our story is woven into the very fabric of the landscapes we enhance.

How We Began

  • Hand-operated sod cutters

Once the yard was measured, we discussed options on how to improve the pathway coming into the backyard as well as the one from the deck out to the pond. We decided to use garden screening and river rock to reduce grass growing between the flagstones. They also mulched the gardens. Rebecca’s attention to detail was very evident every step of the way. She even “rolled up her sleeves” and helped the crew throughout the process.
